In 2001, Alex Simpson founded Simcorp Developments, laying a strong foundation for a diversified general contracting firm distinguished by integrity, quality, teamwork and years of hands-on building experience. Since its founding, Alex has devoted his time to building a team of qualified individuals to bring strength to Simcorp as a whole.

Simcorp represents over one hundred years of collective construction expertise between its full time team of qualified builders, carpenters and associated experts. The team has been built in order to support the growth Simcorp has undergone in the last six years, and to avoid the associated growing pains that cripple so many others. 

This depth of experience, along with the teams talents in preconstruction, planning and project management have made Simcorp the competitive and stable building company it is today. The experience of Simcorp’s Business Development Manager, Mark Cornish in finance as well as construction, is even more significant when combined with the expertise of the firms’ site managers and foreman, many of whom have worked on major projects throughout NSW and QLD. Clients are the direct beneficiaries of this extensive experience, with involvement by Alex and Mark from start to finish on every project the company undertakes.
